其他TCMC Makes Strides into Healthcare Big Data Analysis from Intestinal Flora Diagnosis Service Powered by AI.

Focusing on the global development trend of digital health, TUL Corporation's subsidiary Technology Created Medicine Corporation (TCMC) actively deploy a cross-domain cooperation ecological chain of technology and health care. Entering the field of intestinal flora diagnosis services, TCMC establishes the first domestic atlas of modern human sub-health and intestinal microflora through high-performance computing datacenters and model training and revision within algorithmic environment. Through studying the correlation between intestinal microflora and genes of local people together with the analysis of regional differences, TCMC will further provide accurate guidelines for health care in the future. TCMC is expected to display this intestinal flora diagnosis service as well as the circuit design and customized mass production solution for emerging medical materials companies at the "Taiwan Healthcare+ Expo" in Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2 (Booth No. Q1419) for 4 consecutive days starting from December 5. In addition, facing the surge in demand for AI computing applications, TCMC will also demonstrate an FPGA platform that can accelerate the computing performance of biomedical data and a portable Thunderbolt™ 3 high-speed transmission interface eGPU to meet the big data needs of biotechnology for high-performance computing and data transmission system integration solution. TCMC joined hands with AllbioLife, which focuses on laboratory testing technology and reagent development, to enter intestinal flora diagnosis and precision health care market. AllbioLife won the Silver Award of “Taiwan Phoenix Project” from Development Center for Biotechnology in 2018, and received TAF/ CLIA/ CAP triple laboratory certification. Based on deep academic research background, AllbioLife combines intestinal bacteria research with genetic testing technology, and recently provided intestinal flora diagnosis services for citizens with the support of Chiayi County Government. The human genome contains approximately 3 billion of base pairs. Data processing after genetic testing requires high-speed computing capabilities. The new-generation embedded industrial computer developed by TUL, the parent company of TCMC, is equipped with AMD’s latest 7nm multi-core chip. In a low-power environment, it provides unprecedented AI computing power to analyze a huge amount of data. Under the edge computing architecture, Thunderbolt™ 3 eGPU and multimedia port products can provide flexible use of portable fast plug-in. The transmission speed of up to 40Gb per second makes computing power inseparable. TCMC aims to establish the first domestic atlas of modern human sub-health and intestinal microflora through big data analysis, high-performance computing datacenters and model training and revision within algorithmic environment. Through studying the correlation between intestinal microflora and genes of local people together with the analysis of regional differences, TCMC will further provide accurate guidelines for health care in the future.
