The company regularly conducts courses for the current directors, managers and employees every year on the "internal key information processing and insider trading prevention management procedures" as well as related laws and regulations. The company also arranges courses for new directors and managers after on board, while new employees are trained by HR during pre-employment training.

The content included relevant laws and case analysis of short-term transaction ownership rights, instructions on the declaration of large number of equity acquisitions and treasury stocks, precautions for insider equity changes, insider trading, and stock price manipulation. In 2023, training courses on preventing insider trading and infringement of business secrets were conducted for all employees within the group with a total of 196 trainees and 138 training hours.
