The dividend policy of the company is based on current plans and future development goals, investment environment, capital needs, and competitions in domestic and foreign, as well as to give consideration of shareholders' interests at the same time. When the Company has a profit at the end of each fiscal year and the retained earnings available for distribution of the current year reaches 10% of the paid in capital of the Company, no less than 10% of the retained earnings available for distribution of the current year shall be distributed as dividend. Every year the cash portion of the dividend shall not be less than 50% of the total dividend in the form of cash and stock.
