Diversity and Inclusion

Employee composition ratio

The Group adheres to the "people-oriented" principle and complies with relevant laws/regulations to attract diverse talents. The distribution of employee composition by age group is shown in the table below. To implement diversity in the workplace, we also actively participate in government programs such as the Stable Employment Plan 2.0, the transfer of atypical workers to full-time employment, etc. The employee composition is diverse, including Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malaysian, South African, and other nationalities, as well as the disabled and indigenous people including the Amis. The Group ensures that every employee in every location is respected and works together for sustainable and diversified goals with their talents. TUL

Regional personnel recruitment

TUL Corporation strives to deeply develop in the local areas, including activating community business activities and promoting community development. As of the end of December 2023, the Group employs residents of the Xizhi District where it is located, accounting for approximately 30% of the group's total headcount, enhancing community identity.

Diverse talents and a friendly workplace that respects diversity

Considering that most employees need to balance career and family, we have established a childcare mechanism. Employees who have been employed for half a year can apply for Unpaid Parental Leave for Raising Children before their children reach the age of 3 under the "Gender Equality at Work Act" and the "Regulations for Implementing Unpaid Parental Leave for Raising Children". The employees will return to work after the expiration of the Unpaid Parental Leave and will be provided with relevant education and training courses. In addition to providing relevant maternity leave following the law, the Group also offers Maternity Benefits. For employees’ children who are over 20 years old or who are still in school, an additional annual education subsidy will be provided.

In addition to achieving gender equality and creating a family-friendly working environment, the Group is also contributing to employees' identification and sense of belonging to the company. Apart from benefits, we also actively encourage the organization of social welfare activities for employees to participate. As such, we hope to attract and retain talents to reduce the turnover rate, moving towards diversification to create a win-win situation.
