Supporting National Taiwan University of Science and Technology’s (NTUST) Industry-Academia Innovation College to establish TUL-NTUST Joint R&D Center

In October 2022, TUL Corporation collaborates with National Taiwan University of Science and Technology’s (NTUST) Industry-Academia Innovation College and establishes TUL-NTUST Joint R&D Center. In the future, TUL will further join hands with NTUST to nurture talents in the fields of artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing and energy sustainability to strengthen R&D expertise.
NTUST’s Industry-Academia Innovation College was officially unveiled on October 27. “In order to strengthen the R&D expertise of technology, NTUST established Joint R&D Centers with Foxlink, International Games System, Delta, AAEON and TUL, and cooperatively nurture talents needed by the society through industry-academia cooperation,” said Jia-Yush Yen, President of NTUST. “We are thankful for the long-term support of TUL to NTUST led by our outstanding alumni Ted Chen. In addition to the industry-academia cooperation with professors in related fields and the establishment of ‘Smart Manufacturing Laboratory’ in 2020 to build high-end graphics card assembly line, TUL also assisted NTUST in preparing for the successful establishment and operation of Industry-Academia Innovation College starting from last year (2021). Today, we further set up the ‘TUL-NTUST Joint R&D Center’ at NTUST. Combining the R&D expertise of NTUST and the corporate practice of TUL, we will jointly develop the core technologies needed by the country and cultivate high-tech talents. We look forward to the joint development of both parties to create a better future.”
